Bevan Brittan Appointed as Main Legal Adviser by Action for Children

Following a formal tendering exercise, leading children’s charity, Action for Children, has appointed Bevan Brittan as its principal legal adviser in England and Wales. The appointment followed an internal review when Action for Children decided to rationalise arrangements for legal services. The appointment will see Bevan Brittan advise the charity on a wide range of legal matters including

  • Property
  • Employment
  • Charity and company law, trademarks and information governance
  • Commercial and contract law
  • Children's services contracts/commissioning
  • Social care legislation
  • Fundraising

Commenting on the appointment, Bevan Brittan client relationship partner Andrew Tobin said
