This session will provide a practical update on procurement developments over the last 9 months. These dates are for sessions in Bristol and Birmingham and London.
As well as looking at recent UK and European case law, we will consider current UK government policy on procurement, social issues in procurement and the state of play on the proposals for new procurement Directives. We will also look at issues arising and lessons learned from recent legal challenges.
