  • CLICK HERE to attend the event in London on Tuesday 5 November

At this forum we will focus on how technology can make healthcare more efficient and equitable, considering how AI, deep learning and other technological advances can save time, money and improve outcomes.

We will be joined by our special guest speaker Dr. Pearse Keane, Consultant Ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital and NIHR Clinical Scientist at UCL, who will be speaking on issues such as whether AI can truly interpret medical images as well as trained physicians, comparing deep-learning performance against human performance. Dr Keane led on Moorfields’ collaboration with DeepMind and is co-author of papers recently published in The Lancet Digital Health and Nature Medicine.

Our other special guest speakers include: Martyn Richards, VP Sales and Business Development from Wishful Thinking Fundamentals, and Joshua Symons, Associate Director of Data Optimisation, NHS Digital.
