The law firm Bevan Brittan has secured seats on panels in both North and South Wales supporting a four-year legal framework for the National Procurement Service (‘NPS Wales’) across six different legal areas.

This is the first legal framework to cover all of Wales after previous panels covered North and South Wales separately, and provides access to legal services for NPS Wales members and all Welsh public sector organisations.

Bevan Brittan has been appointed to the following panels:

  • Adult social services
  • Civil litigation
  • Corporate governance and ethical standards
  • Employment law
  • Major IT and commercial contracts
  • Planning and environmental law

Bethan Evans, Senior Partner at Bevan Brittan, said:

"We are absolutely delighted to have successfully secured places on the panels for both North and South Wales. The NPS arrangement offers a cost effective opportunity for public bodies in Wales to access robustly procured legal advisors and we are proud to be part of it. It is a time of huge change in the public sector and we are looking forward to using our specialist expertise across all legal skills to support our clients in Wales."
