Bevan Brittan advises AMP Capital on acquisition of Care Management Group

Bevan Brittan has advised AMP Capital and provided them with specialist commercial and regulatory due diligence on its successful acquisition of the Care Management Group. 

CMG is a specialist provider of care homes and supported living for people with learning disabilities and particularly complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and associated complex health needs. CMG provides services across England and South Wales 

Earlier in the year, Bevan Brittan also advised AMP Capital and provided specialist commercial and regulatory due diligence on its acquisition of The Regard Group.
