Bevan Brittan has bolstered its Bristol office with two appointments.

Ben Harris has been recruited as an associate in the corporate team, joining the firm from Gregg Latchams. He will work once more with Partner Marti Burgess who also joined the firm from Gregg Latchams in September 2019.

Burgess said: "I am delighted that Ben is joining our team. From my prior experience of working with him, he is a highly capable and accomplished lawyer and will be a great asset to us in advising our clients."

In addition, Gemma Nash comes to Bevan Brittan as a solicitor.

Nash joins the firm's litigation and dispute resolution team. She previously worked at Covington & Burling in London and has a focus on data protection, cyber security and artificial intelligence (AI) issues, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Rosemary Jago, partner and head of the Bristol office, said: "Within the Bristol office we employ nearly 300 people and these talented lawyers will be joining teams that are active in the Bristol market and supporting clients nationwide, bringing our clients the support they need in these critical times."
