Bevan Brittan’s Construction team has ambitious plans, and opportunities exist for new or recently qualified lawyers to join one of the most respected teams in their field, operating at the forefront of the industry.
The team has wide ranging experience of working with the industry’s increasingly complex framework of legislation, procurement systems and contractual obligations. They advise on all stages and any aspect of the construction process from inception through to completion and beyond.
The team advises on risk management and dispute resolution, and is regularly engaged in negotiation, mediation and formal processes such as adjudication.
The Role

- Acting for an international sportswear retailer on the refurbishment of its central London flagship store.
- Acting for the developer of a 200 room London hotel, on construction, procurement, contract documentation and bank security.
