Bevan Brittan has a national housing practice with a specialism in advice to Registered Providers. We advise over 30 Registered Provider clients who together manage over 200,000 units. Nine of these clients are ranked in the top 50 nationally in terms of development.
Our housing practice is balanced between not only Registered Providers but also private sector housing providers, many of whom are involved in the provision of affordable housing. Our large dedicated Registered Provider team provides advice across the country from our offices in London, Bristol and Birmingham. The large team not only provides the core legal services Registered Providers need, such as development, planning, employment and housing management (often known as property dispute resolution), but can also call on expertise in charities, finance, procurement and corporate work.
