What I do
I specialise in defendant clinical negligence litigation with experience in a wide range of cases, in particular CP, high value and radiotherapy/oncology claims, litigation arising out of acute and community psychiatric treatment.
I am also a nominated partner for the NHSLA and provide general advice to NHS Trusts on risk and claims management.
I have wide experience of advising on mental health law and judicial review process. I have lectured and written extensively on UK mental health law as well as clinical risk, litigation and general healthcare law.
I have represented NHS Trusts at Inquests and have experience of mediation as a means of dispute resolution.
