Trained
at Bevan Ashford 1993-5. Qualified 1995. Assistant Solicitor
at Bevan Ashford 1995-7. Left Bevan Ashford 1997 to Edge
Ellison in Birmingham (now Hammonds). Left Hammonds 2005 to
return to Bevan Brittan LLP as a partner.
What I do
I advise clients on and
make a range of applications under the Licensing Act
2003. I attend hearings before Local Authorities and
appeals before Magistrates Courts across the country. I
also advise colleagues and clients on licensing related
contractual advice on acquisitions and disposals.
I obtained one of the first
varied Premises Licences in England & Wales when the
Licensing Act 2003 replaced the Licensing Act 1964.
