What I do
As well as leading our Commercial Practice Group which contains the Corporate, Banking, Regulatory, Commercial, IP/IT and Tax teams, I deal with a wide range of regulatory and disciplinary matters, investigations and enquiries; in particular in the public sector and the law dealing with the professional conduct of solicitors. I am frequently instructed by a professional body to intervene into the running of practices to protect the public interest.
