What I do

I work in all PFI sectors for the public and private sector with a focus on education, transport/infrastructure and contract standardisation.

Some Examples

I was part of the Bevan Brittan team responsible for producing the standard form documentation for the Building Schools for the Future Initiative.

I am advising London Borough of Lewisham on its grouped schools PFI project.

I have advised Partnerships UK and the South African Treasury on PFI contract guidance in South Africa.

I have been closely involved in drafting and implementing changes to HM Treasury Standardisation of PFI Contracts, and advising both the public and private sectors on existing contract guidance.

I have advised on the South Hampshire Rapid Transit and Leeds Supertram schemes.

I advised Staffordshire County Council on its PFI street lighting project, and I worked with both 4Ps and DFT on other street lighting schemes.

I advised on PUK�s equity investment in the British Waterways Water Grid Project.

At AMEC I was the in-house legal adviser for the A13 DBFO road project.
