What I do
I specialise in healthcare and other PFI schemes. I have particular expertise in NHS PFI procurement and I am lead advisor on the largest mental health PFI scheme to date. I am currently advising on a number of large acute PFI and smaller community PFI/PPP transactions.
Some examples
I currently act for Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust in relation to the provision of a Planned Care Centre and the refurbishment and configuration of Derriford Hospital.
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Trust have instructed me to act on their behalf for the provision of mental health facilities in Avon.
I am advising Glasgow NHS Board on the largest health PFI to date (£700million) and for the private sector on a novel PFI scheme for primary care facilities.
