What I do
I advise and represent a wide range of primarily employer clients across the public and private sector, with particular focus in the health and leisure industries. I advise on all aspects of employment law including contractual issues, changing terms and conditions, internal capability and disciplinary proceedings, service reconfiguration, TUPE implications, discrimination claims and the implementation of Working Time Directive provisions. I have represented employers in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal on a wide range of claims, including high value disability discrimination claims.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan LLP, I worked in-house in local government specialising in employment litigation.
I regularly lecture and deliver practical training workshops on employment law issues, both in-house and at client premises, and I regularly write articles on employment law matters and cases for client publication.
