I am a Paralegal for the Medical Law and Personal Injury Department based in Bristol.
I assist all members of the Bristol Clinical Negligence teams on a range of tasks. These include instructing experts, arranging conferences and liaising with witnesses not to mention general day to day litigation tasks such as the filing of Court Documents and attending Case Management Conferences.
I am assisting Julie Chappell, who is the Defendant's lead solicitor in a high value Group Action.
