I’m a partner in Bevan Brittan’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team, and I head up both the Insurance & Financial Services and Health & Safety groups.
I joined the firm in 2007. My background covers all aspects of dispute resolution, whether through the courts, or by way of mediation and arbitration. As a result, I’m experienced in advising on a wide range of commercial disputes, and have a particular focus on acting for insurance and financial services clients.
The types of dispute I advise on include large-scale customer and supplier frauds, asset recovery claims, high-value contractual disputes and claims for injunctions – such as seeking search orders and obtaining freezing orders. I also defend negligence claims against financial advisors, as well as advising clients on policy wording and other aspects of insurance law. On the health and safety side, I advise both public and private sector clients on regulatory issues, including those relating to the environment, trading standards and waste.
