I am a senior associate in the Employment and Pensions department.
I advise both public and private sector clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
I have particular expertise in advising on employment and pension issues arising on TUPE transfers including on M&A, joint ventures, PPP/PFI and outsourcing arrangements. I regularly act for local authorities, major corporate clients, consortia on PPP and PFI schemes, NHS Trusts and central government bodies.
My public sector clients include Partnerships for Schools (which has national responsibility for the Building Schools for the Future programme), Birmingham City Council, Sandwell MBC, Bristol City Council and University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. My major corporate clients include Laing O’Rourke, Hochtief FM, Parkwood Leisure and Catalyst.
