I am solicitor in the Commercial Contracts team. I advise public and private sector organisations primarily in the Health sector on a wide range of contractual issues. I primarily advise on outsourcing and service contracts (including the drafting and negotiation of new documentation and advising on proposed variations to existing arrangements). I also advise on issues which are specific to the public sector, including procurement strategy and risk, regulatory and governance issues.
