I am a solicitor in the employment department. I qualified into the employment team in September 2010, having previously spent 6 months as a trainee in the department.
I advise mainly public sector NHS clients, but also some private clients, on all aspects of the employment relationship, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes advising in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination issues, defending employment tribunal claims and drafting contracts of employment, compromise agreements and employment policies and procedures.
I also provide employment law training through seminars and workshops.
