I am an associate in our property department and I advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
I am part of our specialist retail team advising both landlords of retail premises and retail occupiers on all aspects of their property ownership, including leases, sales and purchases and variations. Similarly I act for health clients in all aspects of their property portfolios, from acquisitions to leases including LIFT driven acquisitions.
I am part of our Property Finance team, acting for lenders on traditional acquisition and property development finance schemes – this includes acting for Housing Associations on large scale refinancing. I am also involved in the financing of LIFT schemes.
I also provide property support for large-scale projects.
