I am an associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department.
I specialise in judicial review proceedings and have acted for a range of companies and public bodies both challenging and defending the actions of public authorities. I have considerable experience of statutory appeals and regulatory and disciplinary proceedings including proceedings before the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the General Medical Council as well experience of as general commercial litigation. I have also advised public and private sector clients on a range of public law, local government, regulatory and human rights issues including data protection, freedom of information and public procurement.
