I am a partner in our property department.
My work includes working with major corporates in regard to their property requirements as well as estate management portfolio work on behalf of retail and investment clients. I advise on mixed use developments, industrial business parks and distribution centres as well as having a particular specialism in waste site acquisition work. In addition, I have experience of working with the public sector covering all matters from disposals of surplus hospitals to the acquisition and new build of hospitals and medical centres.
My day-to-day work encompasses all the normal responsibilities of a commercial property lawyer including leases, renewals, subletting, sale and leasebacks, overage agreements, lockout agreements and conditional development agreements to forward funding of leases.
