I am a senior associate in the Construction and Engineering Department focussing on waste/renewable energy and leisure projects.
I have particular knowledge of capital and PFI/PPP projects acting for funders, contractors, local authorities and special purpose companies across a wide range of sectors including health, education, leisure, services accommodation and waste. I have practical experience and knowledge of standard form documentation and procurement processes including SoPC 4 and competitive dialogue and have provided advice to PfS, PfH and 4Ps. I also assist with post close issues in relation to the construction and operational phases including deeds of variation and change procedures.
From February to August 2008 (inclusive) I was on secondment at DEFRA working on the drafting of various waste standardised documents including the Project Agreement and Schedules, together with competitive dialogue and joint working documentation. I also assisted with the legislative requirements, consultation documents and guidance for Joint Waste Authorities.
