I am an associate in our Commercial & Infrastructure team.
I represent public and private sector organisations, sellers and purchasers of shares and assets, banks, management teams and investment funds. I work regularly as part of larger cross-disciplinary teams for infrastructure and regeneration projects and I have experience of both domestic and cross-border transactions.
I advise on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures within the urban regeneration, education, health and social housing sectors, mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses and assets, group restructurings and fund investments. I also advise on corporate governance and directors' duties issues.
