I am an associate solicitor in the Commercial and Infrastructure department.
I specialise in advising local authorities and infrastructure providers on major local authority procurements, in particular in the leisure and culture sector. I have advised on combined leisure and civic infrastructure projects such as those in Rotherham and Wigan. I have also assisted a number of authorities, with the MLA (Museum, Libraries and Archives), in responding to the efficiency challenge faced by library authorities in these current austere times.
I also have experience of other markets including housing and education and was involved in the Oldham Housing Project and Birmingham and Rochdale Building Schools for the Future Projects.
