I am an associate in the Major Projects department. I trained with Bevan Brittan and qualified in 2003.
I advise private sector consortia, public sector clients and FM providers in relation to PPP projects, mainly across the education, leisure and badged services sectors. My experience includes advising on risk allocation, procurement issues and a wide range of commercial issues.
Increasingly, I advise on wider partnering/PPP contracts and particularly in relation to shared services and outsourcing projects. I have spent time on secondment to a City Council where I advised them in relation to their participation in a shared services project.
I provide advice to a number of Project Companies in relation to operational PPP projects. This includes arranging post close contract workshops, advising on contract interpretation and formalising contract variations.
