I am a Senior Associate in Bevan Brittan’s commercial group. I joined Bevan Brittan (then Bevan Ashford) as a trainee in September 2000 and qualified in 2002.
I advise clients operating in the public and private sectors and at the public / private interface on business-critical transactions and commercial issues.
I have a particular interest and significant experience in advising IT and telecommunications clients (on the customer and supply side) in relation to licensing, purchasing, distribution and outsourcing agreements.
I have been seconded to Motorola, Intel Corporation and Zurich Financial Services.
My recent work includes:
- Advising Supacat Limited (a developer of high mobility vehicles) on a £75m contract with the MoD for the provision of over 200 “Jackal 2” and “Coyote” tactical support vehicles to front line troops in Afghanistan and on the contractual “alliance” arrangements with Babcock Marine to manufacture those vehicles.
- Advising Motorola on a number of strategic global software licensing and distribution and agreements within its supply chain.
