I am responsible for leading the Board of Bevan Brittan in developing and delivering our strategy. I am responsible for managing the business, including both legal and support functions and the provision of Bevan Brittan's services, business and financial planning and its delivery.
My role involves external focus and development of Bevan Brittan as the leading public services law firm. Most importantly, it involves focus on and working with our clients, for whom we are rightly proud to work.
It also involves balancing the internal management and leadership and career planning of those who work at Bevan Brittan with the needs of our regulators, our funders and others.
I also oversee the delivery of other important initiatives, such as our Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity programme.
I work closely with our Senior Partner, Beth Evans, the Board and our Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing and Best Practice and Risk Directors, to make this happen in a manner that is both progressive and sustainable.
