I am a partner in Bevan Brittan’s Commercial Dispute Resolution department and head up our Corporate Recovery team.
I advise on a broad range of contentious matters, including corporate and shareholder litigation, asset and debt recovery, high value contractual claims and professional negligence disputes. As well as litigation through the Courts (including advising on injunctive applications such as freezing and search orders), I am often involved in other forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
I also specialise in all aspects of corporate recovery, both contentious and advisory, including advising on formal insolvency appointments, security issues, asset recovery and realisation, supply chain and contract issues, and insolvency litigation including bringing and defending actions in respect of antecedent transactions, wrongful trading and misfeasance. I act on behalf of insolvency practitioners from a number of the major accountancy firms, as well as for directors, suppliers, creditors, and other stakeholders affected by company insolvency.
