I am a solicitor in the Construction and Engineering department.
I have both contentious and non-contentious experience and regularly advise local authorities, registered providers, funders, contractors and subcontractors in the education, health, leisure and housing sectors.
I have assisted clients with the drafting, review and negotiation of a range of construction documentation including standard and bespoke forms of building contracts, framework agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements, security documentation and development agreements.
I am also experienced in assisting clients with formal dispute resolution procedures including mediation, adjudication, expert determination and litigation.
