I have over 12 years of litigation experience including complex High Court actions, arbitrations and mediations. I have particular expertise in public law challenges (including judicial review and procurement challenges) and disputes arising from the public and private health sector. In addition my work covers major contractual and tortious disputes, urgent injunctive work to combat fraud, recover assets and protect data and reputational disputes including actions for defamation.
