I am a senior associate in the Commercial Property team and have considerable experience in most aspects of property transactions.
I act predominantly for health clients in all aspects of their property portfolios, from acquisitions to leases. I also have experience in landlord and tenant retail, residential development, general commercial development, corporate support and property insolvency.
On the residential development side, I act for private development clients, as well as local authorities and registered social landlords, on acquiring housing for social housing. I also act for funders in property finance transactions, and provide property support for large-scale projects.
