I am a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department. I trained with Bevan Brittan and qualified into the department in 2010.
I work with public and private sector clients including NHS Trusts, local authorities and large multi-national companies to advise on the resolution of a range disputes through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and, where necessary, litigation. In addition to commercial litigation, I assist clients with litigation of a public law nature. I have experience in applying for and defending judicial reviews and have advised on contentious public procurement matters.
Additionally, I am a professional support lawyer for the department. In this role I ensure that the department is kept up to date with know-how and organise legal training.
