I am a solicitor in Bevan Brittan’s Commercial Dispute Resolution department.
I have experience advising on a range of contentious matters including breach of contract claims, and corporate and shareholder disputes. I am a member of our specialist Retail, Media and Entertainments team and a member of our Corporate Recovery team which advises clients on the impact of insolvency appointments and all types of debt and asset recovery.
I also specialise in corporate recovery, both contentious and advisory, including advising on formal insolvency appointments, asset recovery and realisation, supply chain and contract issues, and insolvency litigation.
Before I retrained as a lawyer I gained extensive commercial international retail experience having worked as a retail operations director at WH Smith Travel Retail, Waterstones Booksellers and as the marketing director of an international fashion retail chain.
I am a member of R3 and the Insolvency Professional Association.
