I am a Solicitor in the Employment and Pensions Team. I qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined the firm from Berry Smith LLP in 2011.
In my role I advise both public and private sector clients in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues.
This includes advising clients in relation to employment contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances, performance related matters, general HR best practice and handling employment tribunal litigation.
I am experienced in dealing with unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract claims. I also provide employment law training through seminars and workshops.
