I am a solicitor in the Property department at Bevan Brittan.
I advise in relation to a wide variety of commercial property transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant related matters. I specialise in heath-related property work, advising a large number of NHS Trusts in relation to their property transactions from leases to more complex transactions such as disposals involving overage and development agreements for PPP schemes.
I have particular expertise in relation to NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) projects and have acted for NHS Trusts on a number of significant public-private joint LIFT ventures, involving the latest standard documentation. My experience in relation to LIFT schemes has involved advising on the various property elements of the transaction including certificates of title, lease plus agreements and supplemental lease and underlease structures, as well as the overall project management of the deal to completion.
