I am a solicitor in the healthcare team and I deal with a range of general healthcare matters both contentious and non-contentious. In addition, I also advise on continuing healthcare issues, best interest cases and have a particular interest in mental health law. I have experience in representing clients at inquests, in complex long standing best interest matters in the Court of Protection and in emergency applications at the Royal Courts of Justice. I also advise on and review policy documents for both public and private sector clients. I have published an article in a national healthcare journal on the legal aspects of the Liverpool Care Pathway.
