As a partner in the Property Department, I work with property investors on a wide range of issues. I’m also dual qualified, so I can advise on both Scottish and English law.
At a day-to-day level, I provide advice and guidance for clients on the property aspects of PFI transactions, landlord and tenant issues, and investment acquisitions and disposals.
I have extensive experience in commercial property work, including assisting Buckinghamshire County Council with a new railway station project, advising the South East England Development Agency on delivery mechanisms for grant funding, and acting for a shortlisted bidder on a large regeneration project in Bexley. I’ve also acted for a number of hospital trusts, advising on the property aspects of PFIs, and have advised several local authorities on the property elements of Building Schools for the Future projects.
