I am a solicitor in the Employment team. I trained with the firm and qualified into the department in September 2010.
Prior to retraining as a lawyer I worked in a managerial capacity for one of the UK's leading support services and construction companies.
I advise employers in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters. This includes advising on a range of employment issues and updates, drafting disciplinary and grievance policies and contracts of employment, assisting with internal grievance processes and employment tribunal litigation, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and equal pay claims.
I also provide employment law training through seminars and workshops on a wide range of issues including employment law updates, discrimination, whistleblowing and grievance and disciplinary investigations.
