I am a solicitor in the commercial and infrastructure team and I work on a broad range of commercial matters for public and private sector clients, specialising in regulatory work.
I advise private sector bodies on regulatory and commercial issues, particularly where they interact with public bodies. I advise NHS bodies on a diverse range of issues relating to powers, decision making and governance arrangements with a particular interest in Foundation Trusts. I also advise NHS bodies on general commercial issues, including: mergers and acquisitions; the development of services, policies and procedures; the establishment of corporate vehicles and the legal, regulatory and commercial contract issues in Primary Care. I act in relation to regulatory disputes, representing clients in relation to FHSAU, Performers List and Judicial Review proceedings. I have a specialist interest in continuing healthcare and Independent User Trusts.
I trained as a solicitor with Bevan Brittan working in property, corporate and medical law before qualifying into the commercial and infrastructure team.
