I am a solicitor in the Employment team. I trained with Bevan Brittan and qualified into the department in September 2010, having spent a year as a trainee in the department prior to this.
In my role I advise a wide range of both public and private sector clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, both contentious and non-contentious. This work includes advising on a range of employment issues and updates, drafting disciplinary and grievance policies and contracts of employment, assisting with internal grievance processes and employment tribunal litigation, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims. I also have experience of representing clients in Employment Tribunals.
I also provide employment law training through seminars and workshops.
