I am a partner in our commercial department specialising in advising NHS and private sector clients in the health and social care sector on commercial, projects and administrative law matters. I have worked in the health market since 1991. I am a specialist in advising Foundation Trusts including on constitutional issues, the journey to Foundation Trust status and joint ventures (both in the UK and the Middle East). In the field of primary care, I advise on a wide range of primary care procurements and have led our advice on 15 Equitable Access to Primary Care schemes. Recent work has been on the separation and divestment of PCT provider arms and I am also an expert in the structuring of community care arrangements and governance issues. I have led on a number of completed LIFT and PPP projects. I am a regular speaker at national conferences.
