I am a legal specialist in commercial, projects and public law matters, advising NHS and independent sector clients in the health and social care sector.
I have nearly 30 years legal experience and have specialised in the health sector for over 20 years. My early career was spent in two major City law firms specialising in corporate and property work.
I deal with a wide range of transactions including procurements and outsourcing, joint ventures and mergers, disposals and acquisitions. I also handle a wide range of joint venture and shared service arrangements in the pathology market.
In addition, I advise on wide range of health vires and governance issues and have specialist experience in joint working between health and local authorities and care in the community arrangements. I regularly provide training to NHS Foundation Trusts and speak nationally at health and social care conferences.
I am also Chair of the Board at Bevan Brittan.
