I am an associate in the Employment department based in the London office.
I advise both public and private sector clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. I am seen as a "first port of call" by a number of my clients. I have substantial experience in relation to complicated discrimination claims and the complex issues arising from Equal Pay Act claims. I also frequently provide strategic advice at an early stage on the dismissal of very senior employees, and advise on the effect and implementation of structural change within an organisation. I routinely advise clients on potential employment issues arising from TUPE transfers.
I regularly present at seminars both in-house and at clients' own premises and I also contribute articles for client publications and other journals.
