I am a solicitor in the Commericial and Infrastructure department, joining Bevan Brittan in November 2011
I have experience in acting for a range of clients in the public and private sectors, including local authorities, NHS trusts, higher education institutions, major contractors and housing associations across a number of areas including education, energy, leisure and social housing. I have recently assisted on a major PFI waste scheme and advised a university client on the development documents for a number of ongoing projects.
I have assisted clients with the negotiation, review and drafting of a wide range of construction related documents, including standard form and bespoke building contracts, development agreements, professional appointments and related security documents. I also have experience of advising professional consultants and private sector developers on construction issues and the commercial development process.
