I am a partner in our Major Projects department and have expertise in finance, particularly project finance for PPPs and PFIs.
I advise sponsors, financial institutions, NHS Trusts, local authorities and universities. I have expertise in the financing of waste, transport, leisure, education (including BSF), health (including LIFT) and social housing projects.
I am also an author of articles on project finance and a conference speaker.
