I have more than 10 years experience in handling clinical negligence claims and have worked as a solicitor at Bevan Brittan since October 2004. I manage clinical negligence cases on behalf of the National Health Service Litigation Authority.
I manage clinical negligence cases with a value of between £50,000 - £12,000,000 and I have particular experience of Neurological, Obstetric and Gynaecological claims. I have designed and delivered training courses for Midwives, Obstetric Specialist Registrars and Neurosurgical Consultants.
I also deal with pre-registration issues such as Pre-action disclosure on behalf of NHS Trusts and Strategic Health Authorities.
I am a member of the Birmingham Law Society.
