I am an associate in the Property department. I joined Bevan Brittan (then Bevan Ashford) as a trainee in 1998, and qualified in 2000.
I have considerable experience in many aspects of commercial property, advising both private and public sector clients on property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings through to the ongoing management of clients’ property portfolios.
My experience encompasses the following: the acquisition of investment property including several industrial sites and commercial premises as going concerns and reviewing the lease documentation; advice on the redevelopment of properties and every aspect of landlord and tenant issues from leases and licences to Section 25 notices.
I have disposed of numerous surplus NHS sites, including the imposition of overage provisions to safeguard a share of any future development value for the NHS, leases of health centres and retail units within hospital concourses, and all property aspects of NHS Lift schemes and the equitable access initiative.
