I am a Associate in the Property department.
I have dealt with commercial property work for both public and private sector clients, but the majority of my work is for the public sector. I have advised on leasehold transactions (including transactions within the framework of national government led schemes, and linked into associated service contracts), disposals and acquisitions, and other property related issues, including option agreements. I have worked on property finance transactions for banking clients, including reviewing and reporting on title, liaising with valuers and dealing with the re-financing of eight care homes. I have also assisted clients on leasehold acquisitions of affordable housing for the public sector,and on development agreements for registered providers ranging from acquisition at golden brick to acquisition at completion, as well as the acquisition of bare land for development purposes.
