I have been a partner in the Property department at Bevan Brittan since 2000. I deal with a broad spectrum of property matters with particular emphasis on development acquisitions for new-build properties, while my transactional work typically involves large projects.
I specialise in acting on behalf of housing associations and Registered Providers (formerly Registered Social Landlords) who provide affordable accommodation for customers who cannot afford to either rent or buy on the open market.
With 20 years' experience of advising housing associations under my belt, I am in a prime position to act for Bevan Brittan’s wide range of clients in the sector, which includes one of the largest housing associations in England and Wales.
I also often work alongside other departments within the firm, providing expert advice on housing associations and Registered Providers to both Bevan Brittan’s lawyers and our clients alike.
In addition, I manage the firm's relationship with a number of our housing association and Registered Provider clients.
