I am a solicitor in Bevan Brittan’s commercial group.
I work with clients in the public and private sectors, including local authorities, NHS bodies, large corporations and start-up companies.
I advise on a variety of commercial matters including outsourcing agreements, franchise arrangements, framework and distribution agreements. I also specialise in issues commonly arising within the IT and telecommunications industries, such as protection and exploitation of intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection.
